Sisal named operator of the year at EGR Italy Awards 2021
Italian betting giant makes a clean sweep across five award categories while bet365 and Playtech net two accolades each
Sisal was victorious for the second year running as operator of the year at last night’s EGR Italy Awards 2021 held in Rome.
The awards ceremony also saw Sisal scoop a further four awards for customer services operator, lottery operator, in-house product innovation and socially responsible operator.
Elsewhere, double accolades were awarded to bet365 for mobile operator and sports betting operator and Playtech for casino platform supplier and software supplier.
Other winners on the night included SKS365 for casino operator and PayPal for payments and fraud company.
This year’s awards ceremony returned as an in-person event at the Rome Cavalieri, hosted by sports presenter Immy Barclay, and followed the EGR Italy Briefing which took place earlier in the day.
