SkillOnNet to close RedKings poker and betting arms
Malta-licensed brand to focus on core vertical of online casino

SkillOnNet will close down its RedKings poker and betting brands by the end of April, after thirteen years of operation.
The RedKings site will continue to function as a casino room only from next month.
SkillOnNet declined to comment on the reasons behind the closure, although EGR understands the mounting costs of compliance in regulated markets played a role.
The site’s poker players will be encouraged to migrate to the Betsafe poker room which is also on the Micrgaming Poker Network.
RedKings has been on the MPN for the last two-and-a-half years.
Poker players will have until 28 April to play and finish existing bonuses, while the betting arm will close on 24 April.
The closure is the third exit from the UK market in recent months after 188BET closed its UK arm and BetBright sold its technology to 888.
