SKS365 appoints new CEO and chairman
Former JPJ Group CEO Andrew McIver appointed to board as operator looks to move on from investigation

Italy-focused operator SKS365 has made two new senior appointments, with Alexander Martin named as its new CEO and former JPJ Group CEO Andrew McIver as non-executive chairman.
Martin previously worked as a chief media officer for German land-based operator Gauselmann AG between 2014 and 2018.
He replaces former SKS365 CEO Ian McLoughlin who resigned in January amid the ‘Galassia’ money laundering investigation into online gambling firms.
Martin also served as a management consultant at A.T Kearney for 15 years and is a former J.P Morgan banker.
The SKS365 board said: “Alexander will be responsible for driving SKS365 through the next phase, building on the solid foundation and momentum achieved by the SKS365 employees under the current leadership team.
“His expertise in retail, online, global strategy and leadership combined with his strong industry knowledge and energy, make him ideally suited to further accelerate SKS365’s growth.”
Elsewhere, new non-exec chairman Andy McIver served as CEO of UK operator Jackpotjoy between 2016 and 2018, having previously held the same position at Sportingbet for seven years.
