SKS365 hires former MoPlay manager as new head of acquisition
Eleonora Norbiato joins Italian operator after seven years with Gibraltar-based firms

SKS365 has appointed former Addison Global acquisition manager Eleonora Norbiato as its new head of acquisition.
Norbiato will be responsible for leading the Italy-focused sports betting operator’s digital marketing team, working under SKS365 commercial director Anniina Rantala.
A veteran of the Gibraltar market, Norbiato most recently served as acquisition manager for online gambling and sports betting operator at Addison Global’s MoPlay brand, before the firm’s high-profile collapse in April, having also served as a mobile customer engagement manager over a two-year period.
Norbiato has also worked in marketing-related roles for Gibraltar-based firms including BetVictor and Rank Group between 2015-2018, as well as Mansion Group in 2014. EGR understands Norbiato will transition from Gibraltar to SKS365’s Malta headquarters as part of her new role.
SKS365 online commercial director Rantala hailed the appointment of Norbiato, adding that it would strengthen the operator’s existing commercial arm.
“Eleonora’s enthusiasm and extensive experience will bring added value to the company and help us further grow our business within the Italian market,” said Rantala.
Incoming SKS365 head of acquisition Norbiato paid tribute to former colleagues at Addison Global, praising them for aiding her professional growth over the last two years.
“After almost seven years in Gibraltar developing my digital marketing and acquisition expertise, it is time for a new adventure,” Norbiato said.
“I’m even more excited to face the marketing landscape within the Italian market which, given the current advertising ban, is to be considered very challenging,” Norbiato added.
Elsewhere, SKS365 has agreed a training-led deal with American online learning platform Udemy, which will see the firm offer its employees access to more than 4,000 online courses.
The operator currently has more than 500 employees spread across offices in Malta, Italy, Serbia and Italy, all of which have been working remotely throughout the coronavirus pandemic.
Courses available range from leadership and management to yoga, guitar lessons, design, photography, pilates and drone piloting.
SKS365 chief people officer Brian Dean said the operator had looked at providing ways to stimulate and involve its employees who had been affected by the Covid-19 lockdown.
“We thought of the best way to invest in our resources, in their growth, extending attention not only to their working position, but also to their attitudes and passions,” Dean said.
