SlotsMillion unveils new player protection team
Online casino operator reaffirms commitment to responsible gambling with new division

SlotsMillion has launched a new player protection team as it ramps up its responsible gambling strategy.
The team will focus on anti-money laundering and responsible gambling and aims to mitigate risks connected to excessive and criminal spend.
The team will also coach and train other SlotsMillion departments, including customer services, to ensure responsible gambling is at the forefront of engagement.
The online casino operator also revealed it will launch a new mobile app in the coming year as it looks to consolidate its major brand revamp.
The firm has undertaken several significant projects in recent months, including splitting its B2C and B2B branches, a complete rebrand and a new user interface.
Charles Gross, SlotsMillion CEO, said: “The past year has been enormously ambitious and significant for SlotsMillion.
“Responsible gambling has been at the core of what we do and offer, even before the industry-wide changes that have come into play in the past years.
“Despite responsible gambling always being at the core of our business, one of the main objectives this past year has been to refine and perfect our approach to responsible gambling,” he added.
