Sun Bets bolsters casino portfolio with NetEnt deal
UK-facing operator integrates a number of games from the Malta-based supplier across its Sun Vegas product

Sun Betting & Gaming has struck a content deal with egaming supplier NetEnt as the UK-facing firm continues to bolster its online casino portfolio.
The agreement will see the London-based company’s Sun Vegas brand, which launched two months ago, integrate a range of games from NetEnt, including Starburst, Twin Spin and Gonzo’s Quest.
Casino product manager, Ambika Zutshi, said: “We are constantly striving to provide our players with the most innovative and entertaining content, and are thrilled to be adding NetEnt’s award winning suite of games to our portfolio.
“We are confident that NetEnt’s games will resonate well, have a materially positive effect on overall player experience at Sun Vegas while at the same time deliver incremental revenue growth for our business.”
Enrico Bradamante, managing director of NetEnt in Malta and chief of European market operations, added: “This is an important partnership that will further strengthen our position in the UK market.
“We really look forward to a successful collaboration with Sun Vegas and I am confident that our world-class thrilling games will be much appreciated by Sun Vegas players.”
Tabcorp-powered Sun Vegas was launched in June with games from Microgaming’s Quickfire and followed an earlier rollout of gaming products such as Sun Casino and Sun Live Casino.
Adam Ruffett, the brand’s head of casino, told EGR Intel the launch of its Vegas tab would provide additional cross-sell opportunities following positive results from the brand’s other casino tabs.
Earlier this month, Tabcorp revealed the Sun Bets business recorded a loss of AU$46.2m (£28m) in its first full year since making its debut last August following revenues of just $4.6m (£2.8m).
