
Superbet, Lottoland and iGaming Cloud join Optimove marketing platform
Trio of online gaming companies will manage player marketing operations on Optimove’s Relationship Marketing Hub


Superbet, Lottoland and iGaming Cloud have signed up to Optimove’s marketing platform in a bid to increase customer conversions, engagement, loyalty and lifetime value.
Optimove’s service enables marketers to manage and automate marketing plans based on predictive modelling and artificial intelligence technologies.
The trio has joined the likes of GVC, LeoVegas and BetVictor in using the service to improve player communications and retention.
Oren Cohen Shwartz, group director of gaming at Romanian operator Superbet, said: “One of the biggest challenges we face in the online gaming space is effectively building brand differentiation and player loyalty.
“Optimove’s use of predictive customer modelling and one-to-one personalisation allows us to stand apart and interact with our customers in relevant and appealing ways.”

UK operator Betfred also recently sharpened its CRM marketing focus after signing a deal with digital platform provider OtherLevels.
