
Symplify adds new AI software to offering
CRM firm beefs up product with new feature using tech from recently acquired Jada


Symplify has bolstered its offering with the addition of a new AI-powered personalisation and recommendation software.
The new tool is one the first major projects from Symplify that taps into the AI capabilities of Jada, which it acquired last year.
The AI uses historical behaviours to display only relevant content, combined with Symplify’s graphical optimisation to deliver “bespoke designs that deliver unique experiences for customers”.
The new tool will be added into the firm’s existing CRM package with operator’s afforded instant access.
Robert Kimber, Symplify CEO, said: “Symplify’s AI-powered recommendation engine revolutionises the way in which we can understand user behaviour and positively adapt the website to make it as engaging as possible.
“The algorithm continually optimises display functionality to ensure customers receive a highly personalised experience that builds genuine long-term relationships,” he added.
