Tapie named director of new Full Tilt company
Software consultancy and supply business registered in Ireland and Malta; Pocket Kings reportedly looking to fill CMO role.

Laurent Tapie and Prosper Masquelier have been named as directors of Gcubed Limited, a Dublin company regarded as a successor to Full Tilt Poker.
Formerly named New Full Tilt Limited, the software consultancy and supply business was established following an application process which began in February.
The company also appears to have been incorporated in Malta under the “New Full Tilt Ltd” name, according to the EU country’s Register of Companies. Its registered address is in the vicinity of other egaming operators including Mr Green, according to eGR sources.
Meanwhile eGR understands that Pocket Kings, which recently put out advertisements for customer service jobs at its Dublin base, is believed to have approached candidates over its vacant chief marketing officer role. Previous incumbent Lothar Rentschler resigned from the post last August.
Tapie (pictured) and Masquelier are both directors of the International Stadiums Poker Tour, a series of live events scheduled to begin this year at Wembley Stadium in London.
The duo previously worked together at Partouche Interactive, where Tapie spent one year as managing director following the French Group’s acquisition of his livebetting.com business.
Full Tilt Poker subsidiary Orinic Ltd recently applied for an Alderney licence, after having its licence suspended in June last year. The application is still pending.
