Tipico launches Super 6-style prediction game
Operator takes a leaf out of Sky Bet’s book with new free-to-play format

Tipico has launched a new Super 6-style prediction game its calls Bundesliga6, in a bid to generate cross-sell into its sports betting product.
The free-to-play format asks customers to predict the outcome of six games, with six correct scores winning a €150,000 bonus, along with weekly prizes.
“Bundesliga6 offers various cross-selling opportunities, because the predictions of the players can easily be converted into a real betting slip of the sports betting offer with just one click,” Tipico said in a blog post.
The game is now live in Austria and Germany.
To promote the launch of Bundesliga6 for the second half of the football season, Tipico has also unveiled a new ad spot, featuring brand ambassador Oliver Kahn.

The spot will be broadcast on Sky, Eurosport and Sport1 and sees Kahn imploring punters to try and beat his own weekly Bundesliga6 scores.
Tipico was recently ranked seventh in the EGR Power 50 list.
The free-to-play concept was first popularised by Sky Bet and Super 6 game, which used the game as a key part of its plans to grow in Germany, although the operator has yet to establish significant market share in the country.
