Vera&John adds Microgaming casino content
Microgaming-powered Quickfire to supply casino content for Vera&John's desktop and mobile sites from next month as part of global expansion drive
Vera&John has struck a deal with Microgaming that will see the gaming supplier’s Quickfire casino content integrated into operator’s portfolio of games as it looks to expand into South America and Asia.
The titles are due to launch next month and will include the supplier’s suite of desktop and HTML5 mobile games in 20 languages, as well as giving Vera&John players access to its progressive jackpot network.
The operator said that the deal would help it provide a bespoke and personalised casino offering by utilising Quickfire’s localised casino content for players in different markets.
“This will play an integral part in helping us to achieve our goal of increasing our market share in Europe, South America and Asia,” Kristol Tonna, head of gaming at Vera&John, said.
Vera&John has been looking to develop its casino product and recently sought to become to the first licensed and regulated casino to accept Bitcoin as a payment option, however it was forced to suspend the facility following discussions with Malta’s Lotteries and Gaming Authority.
The deal comes in the same month as Microgaming-powered Quickfire added its content portfolio to Comtrade Gaming’s platform after the two parties agreed a distribution deal.
