Wagerlogic signs Maxymiser deal
Software provider WagerLogic signs deal with multivariate testing specialist.

CryptoLogic subsidiary WagerLogic has signed a deal with CRM specialist Maxymiser to help increase registration and deposits for its Intercasino and VIP casino online brands.
Maxymiser, whose gaming clients include Betfair, bwin.party and Paddy Power alongside Hertz, Teleflora and Time Warner Cable, will provide a strategic testing programme to help optimise customer experience.
WagerLogic’s head of acquisition Nicky Getley said: “Testing is not a one-time fix, but an evolutionary process and Maxymiser is the right long-term partner to ensure WagerLogic can optimise all its online assets.”
Maxymiser’s OneTouch platform will allow WagerLogic to remotely manage all website testing through a single line of Javascript, allowing the company to manage the product in-house.
Wayne Morris, Maxymiser’s UK general manager commented: “In such a competitive online landscape, operators like WagerLogic understand that sophisticated testing and personalisation are critical to providing in-depth insights that inform a long-term, strategic roadmap for website optimisation.”
WagerLogic parent company CryptoLogic, which reported its first revenue increase since 2006 in March, recently announced that its CEO David Gavagan had stepped down, after Amaya Gaming announced it had agreed a deal to acquire Crypto for US$36m in February.
Gavagan has been replaced by Amaya chief executive David Baazov, with Crypto CFO Huw Spiers, board members Simon Creedy Smith and James Wallace, and VP and general counsel Nick Catros, also departing.
