WhichBingo moves to reassure clients with affiliate compliance rules
Leading bingo affiliate adds terms and conditions page to website to alleviate regulatory concerns

WhichBingo has moved to reassure its clients and customers over regulatory concerns surrounding the affiliate sector by adding a compliance page to its website.
The affiliate comparison site said it had received a ‘flurry of emails, phone calls and public pronouncements by online gaming operators about advertising compliance’ after several operators were sanctioned by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) in September.
The new page lays out which codes the affiliate adheres to, including rules from the Gambling Commissions, CAP and the ASA.
It also details WhichBingo’s policy on a number of key areas including push notifications, social media and responsible gambling.

WhichBingo owner Phil Fraser said: “We wanted to reassure both our clients and our site visitors that everything on the site was legal, above board and compliant with all of the rules regarding advertising and promotions.
“By taking this step we believe we offer reassurance to worried affiliate managers that they can be confident that they can advertise on our site without fear of repercussions from regulatory bodies.”
