William Hill CEO to speak at EGR Power 50 Summit 2019
Philip Bowcock among the first batch of senior execs signed up to speak at the exclusive event in Marbella
EGR Global is delighted announce the first batch of speakers for this year’s EGR Power 50 Summit, with William Hill CEO Philip Bowcock confirmed to speak at the highly exclusive event for the first time.
Bowcock has worked in the leisure sector for approximately two decades and was appointed CEO of Hills in March 2017 having previously worked as interim chief exec and CFO at the UK bookmaker.
He will be joined on this year’s opening panel (Executive panel: Power 50 year in review) by Jackpotjoy Operations Ltd CEO Simon Wykes, as well as a number of other senior executives from the world’s biggest online gaming companies.
At the summit, Sky Betting & Gaming executive chairman Richard Flint will also lead a roundtable on the socio-political context for online gambling. The session will explore the social acceptability (or otherwise) in major markets, how this is changing, how the industry can influence it and how politicians and regulators react to it.
The EGR Power 50 Summit will be held 7-8 May at the five-star Puente Romana Beach Resort in Marbella and is an invitation-only event attended by C-level executives from the previous year’s EGR Power 50 rankings.
