William Hill creative partnership ends after seven years
Marketing agency Bark & Bite splits from the London-listed bookmaker after a seven-year stint

Leeds-based creative agency Bark & Bite has ended its seven-year relationship with William Hill while the British bookmaker continues to review its UK marketing accounts.
Bark & Bite worked with the operator across several memorable marketing initiatives since 2012, including 2015’s televised ‘Take Control’ campaign.
Bark & Bite MD Christian Knowles-Fitton said of the split: “Working with William Hill has been an incredibly rewarding experience.
“The creative integrity of the agency, however, will always remain paramount and the timing now feels right for us to move on.
“We wish Charlotte Emery all the best in her new role and delivering a new vision for the brand,” he added.
Emery was appointed global brand and marketing director at Hills in November last year, arriving from British American Tobacco. She is conducting a review of Hills’ ad spend in all markets.
The seven year itch; it looks like William Hill are serious about re-invigorating their brand in the UK, and not before time. Will their peers follow suit?https://t.co/JZ2MI751mc

In February 2019, the operator announced it would refocus its media buying efforts in the UK after switching its media account from Vizeum to WPP’s Wavemaker.
In the US, William Hill picked MullenLowe and 360i to run its American creative and media accounts last week, following a review by London-based consultancy, Creativebrief.
