Zeal Network bolsters executive team with new CTO and COO
Paul Dingwitz and Sönke Martens promoted to management board from within following plans to delist Lotto24 subsidiary

Zeal Network has strengthened its senior management team by handing C-level roles to Paul Dingwitz and Sönke Martens after moving to delist its Lotto24 subsidiary.
The duo will join the existing Zeal Network executive team of CEO Helmut Becker and CFO Jonas Mattson.
Dingwitz has been in charge of technology operations, security and engineering at Zeal over the last five years and was responsible for the successful IT integration of the Lotto24 business.
Prior to joining the Frankfurt-listed firm, he gained more than 20 years’ experience in the technology sector, most recently as VP of technology at Rue La La in Boston.
He previously served as CTO of ONE Media Corp in Atlanta, as well as in senior engineering roles at CNN after starting his career in the US Army in 1997 as a systems engineer.
As CTO at Zeal, he will now be responsible for all segments of technology and IT strategy.
Martens has been part of Zeal for more than seven years with responsibility for operations in various management positions including MD and product officer. He designed the multi-brand strategy of the business following the Lotto24 takeover.
He initially gained experience as a management consultant before becoming responsible for corporate development at New Work SE.
Before Zeal, he most recently worked as founder and MD of loftville, an online real-estate marketplace.
As Zeal COO, he will be responsible for product management, marketing, brand management and brand strategy.
“As an e-commerce company, it is extremely important for Zeal to meet a high technological standard and to be customer-focused in our operations,” said Peter Steiner, chairman of the supervisory board of Zeal Network.
“We are proud that two experienced managers from our own ranks will support our plans to drive profitable growth in the years to come.
“In addition, the creation of these management board responsibilities demonstrate the appreciation of the success already achieved by Paul and Sönke and underlines the importance of these roles for the future success of the group,” he added.
