11: BetVictor (2016)

BetVictor finds itself on the cusp of a top 10 position following a strong 12 months which has seen the operator gain share in key markets, both licensed and grey.
Under the astute leadership of Andreas Meinrad, what was once an old school bookmaker has been transformed into an innovative, data-led technology business.
The firm boasts what it describes as the fastest cash out product in the industry, with other recent innovations including a personalised bonus tracker and Lengthen The Odds horseracing product.
Marketing has also played a pivotal role in its success, having taken a step back from the often boisterous marketing campaigns of rivals to adopt a more considered tone. In addition, the firm’s The Million Pound Goal promotion was widely considered to be the best of Euro 2016.
If leveraged correctly, BetVictor’s partnership with Liverpool FC could also be a shrewd move with the club possessing large fan bases across some of BetVictor’s core markets, namely the UK, Germany and Asia. Should current momentum continue, BetVictor could well find itself among the Power 10 in 12 months’ time.
