Golden Nugget to live stream roulette from casino floor

Golden Nugget has continued the expansion of its live dealer product with the addition of a new product that live streams a roulette table from the casino floor for players to play at online.

The online video feed went live last week and will be available 24/7.

Golden Nugget already offers two version of live roulette for online customers, but both are streamed from a dedicate studio.

“Watching patrons at the Golden Nugget Atlantic City place bets alongside online patrons makes for an ever more authentic live casino feel,” the firm said.

Thomas Winter, senior vice president and general manager for online gaming at Golden Nugget, added: “By bringing the casino floor to online patrons, GoldenNuggetCasino.com keeps innovating and further demonstrates that it is the online destination of choice for authentic casino players.”

The operator, which also launched live dealer poker back in January, is already the largest firm in the market, accounting for monthly revenues of $7.8m in March.

The technology for the new feed comes from provider Ezugi, whose CEO Kfir Kugler, added: “Innovation drives our product ethos and live dealer casino floor roulette was a natural next step for us.

“This product shows the current power of live streaming technology and demonstrates Ezugi’s ability to work with its partners on delivering complex products.”

The use of dual play streaming feeds is popular in Europe and utilised by the likes of Rank Group and Genting
