Sportech inks sportsbook platform deal with Sportradar
London-listed operator targets B2B and B2C growth with new partnership

Sportech has announced plans to add sports betting to its B2B and B2C offering in the US after signing a new partnership with Sportradar.
Under the terms of the agreement, Sportech will offer Sportradar’s trading and risk management services to its network of 90 licensed operator business clients.
Sportech will also offer sports betting to consumers directly in its 16 Connecticut sportsbars via Sportradar’s turnkey sports betting platform.
The deal will be expanded to online and mobile should Connecticut pass the necessary legislation.
“We are thrilled to expand our product line to include Sportradar’s globally recognized sports betting capability,” said Andrew Gaughan, CEO of Sportech.
“We are poised to deliver a world class sports betting experience to our business clients across the US and within our 16 Connecticut locations.”
Sportech currently provides pari-mutuel betting systems for horseracing in a number of states around the US, alongside its network of sports bars in Connecticut.
Neale Deeley, VP of gaming sales at Sportradar, added: “We’re excited to partner with Sportech, a company that shares our vision of how the US betting market will unfold and who are well positioned to capitalize on that market with existing gaming licenses and a strong customer base,”
“Our turnkey solutions and market leading bookmaker services will accelerate their sportsbook offering and provide them with a strong advantage as other states pass sports betting legislation.”
Sportradar holds several existing partnerships in the US, including data and integrity partnership with the likes of the NBA, NFL, NHL, and NASCAR.
