Mohegan Sun plots Q3 Pennsylvania gaming and sports betting launch
Operator says it wants to launch both its onsite and online offerings in time for the upcoming NFL season

Mohegan Sun has said it plans to launch its Pennsylvania sports book in Q3, pending full licensure.
In its Q1 report, the operator said its betting license would be put to the regulator next week at a hearing.
MS has agreed a strategic partnership with Kindred to operate its Unibet brand in the state.
Mohegan Sun’s Pocono and at The Downs at Leigh Valley venues will launch Unibet-branded betting lounges in time for the upcoming NFL season, the operator said.
The operator said it will consider launching additional gaming skins “as the market expands”. At present it has only partnered with Unibet to offer its online casino product in the state.
On Connecticut, MS said it was in talks with state legislators and Foxwoods owner, the Mashantucket Pequot Tribe.
The operator recently partnered with Kambi to develop both onsite and online sports betting products at its Connecticut venue.
Kambi powers all Unibet sportsbooks.
