Better Collective signs NFL’s Morten Andersen as brand ambassador
Affiliate continues its bullish entry into the US following RotoGrinders acquisition and NJ.com partnership

Better Collective has signed former Danish NFL player Morten Andersen as a brand ambassador to represent the affiliate in the US, Denmark and the UK.
The partnership deal compliments the firm’s US investment efforts, including its recent acquisition of Tennessee-based DFS network RotoGrinders for $21m.
Better Collective CEO Jesper Søgaard said: “Getting Morten Andersen on board as a brand ambassador for Better Collective will both help raise awareness of our brand and products, while at the same time boost our investment in the US market.
“Morten has a strong personality and holds values that are very similar to the core values in Better Collective, so I look very much forward to kicking off the cooperation,” Søgaard said.
Morten Andersen said: “I am especially looking forward to supporting their investment in the US market.
“Back in the early 80s, I went to the United States myself to start my career, and I know that it takes lots of courage and stubbornness to become a leader in that market – and these are virtues that shine through the entire organization of Better Collective,” he added.
Andersen holds the record for most NFL games played.
The Denmark-headquartered firm also signed a deal this week to provide its technology and editorial content to New Jersey’s largest news site, NJ.com.
Søgaard said he expected to see more partnerships between news sites and affiliates in future.
Better Collective has also been granted a license in New Jersey to enter into revenue share partnerships with operators in the state.
