Former Sportradar exec named SportsGrid CCO
SportsGrid president and co-founder Louis Maione is keen to poach a number of other industry names including one former FanDuel exec

Sports betting media SportsGrid has hired former Sportradar SVP business of development, Jason Sukhraj, as its chief commercial officer, EGR North America has learned.
Sukhraj spent over two years at the sports data firm in New York before joining SportsGrid in October.
He previously worked with SportsGrid via its partnership with Sportradar to produce a 24-hour network dedicated to sports betting programming.
Sukhraj also spent five years at Perform Group, in a number of senior roles.
SportsGrid president and co-founder Louis Maione said: “I knew [Sukhraj] was a great salesman, educated in the space and connected to every single person that needs that data and there were partnerships out there that he already had, that we may not have had.”
SportsGrid, which also owns subscriptions-based fantasy platforms DailyRoto and RotoExperts, provides content to FanDuel via its in-house studio at the Meadowlands Racetrack.
The firm is in partnership talks with a number of other operators and media companies, Maione told EGR North America.
It is in the middle of its second funding round to raise up to $7.5m, which will be invested in hiring engineers and marketing the firm outside the industry.
Maione said he has his eye on a number of other industry names to join SportsGrid, including a former FanDuel senior executive.
