BetMGM integrates BCLC responsible gambling resource into mobile offering
GameSense platform provides players with access to trained addiction and behavioural specialists to help develop good gambling habits

BetMGM has partnered with the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC) to integrate its GameSense responsible gambling (RG) program into the operator’s mobile offering.
GameSense incorporates RG resources and educational advice on how to make informed decisions and play responsibly.
The platform also connects players with trained addiction and behavioural specialists that focus on positive, transparent, and proactive communication to help them develop healthy habits when gambling.
The program is typically integrated into physical lottery and betting kiosks and has been used in MGM properties since 2017.
BetMGM CEO Adam Greenblatt said: “As the mobile gaming industry in the US continues to grow, responsible gambling is a key focus for BetMGM and is critically important for the industry as a whole.
“GameSense presents a forward-thinking approach to responsible gambling. We look forward to empowering our players with a proven program, designed to help support a positive gambling experience,” he added.
BetMGM was the first operator in the US to integrate Conscious Gaming’s inter-state self-exclusion program PlayPause in November 2020.
