Betsperts Group acquires Dynasty League Football
Sports betting hub adds premium fantasy football service to family of properties

Betsperts Media & Technology Group announced on January 25 that it has officially closed its acquisition of Dynasty League Football (DLF), adding the premium fantasy football subscription service to its growing family of properties.
Dynasty League Football has provided dynasty users with relevant content, tools, and rankings over the past decade, growing its subscriber base, revenue, and traffic every year. That has helped DLF build a trusted brand and become a leading source of dynasty content and rankings throughout the fantasy community.
The acquisition represents the latest for Betsperts, which acquired Matthew Berry’s Fantasy Life App in May 2021 before adding 4for4 Fantasy Football in August.
“We are thrilled to have Dynasty League Football join the Betsperts Group,” said CEO Reid Rooney. “When combined with 4for4 Fantasy Football, Fantasy Life App and Betsperts, DLF rounds out what is already an industry leader in season-long fantasy football and betting coverage.
“This acquisition will significantly increase the over three million unique visitors Betsperts Group saw in the back half of 2021. It will also help the Betsperts Group grow revenue in 2022 after 16xing revenue in 2021.”
Rooney went on to detail Betsperts’ plans for 2022, which include the creation of over 3,000 pieces of original content, an expansion of its audio and video show lineup, and continued technology and user experience advancements.
He also teased the launch of Betsperts Golf, “a premium tools and content platform for golf betting and DFS.”
Betsperts’ recent M&A push, culminating with Dynasty League Football, has been aided in part by the close of a $6m Series A raise in August 2021. The funding round was led by HBSE Ventures and Verance Capital, and included investors such as Kevin Durant’s Thirty Five Ventures and Chris Paul.
