In an update to the market, Imperus said total revenues from Akamon and its Diwip business reached CAD$8.3m leading to EBITDA of $2.7m for the three months ended December 31, 2015.
The numbers include Akamon contributions from November 16, but if fully consolidated revenues would have been $10.8m and EBITDA $4.2m during the period.
Imperus noted that December has been Akamonâs best month of record with revenues up 8.1% sequentially, attributed to a strong performance in France.
âWe are pleased with our Q4 results, which show the enduring and growing profitability of our businesses,â Imperus chief exec James Lathiner, said.
âWe are even more excited about Imperus’ future and the operational progress we have been making in realizing the benefits of bringing Akamon and Diwip together,â he added.
Imperus said it had started the development of two key projects aimed at ensuring continuous content and feature updates across Diwip and Akamon.
Specifically, Diwip users will now have access to Akamonâs HD video slots games plus both companies will offer combined rewards in a new joint loyalty program.
