Better Collective names Action Network VP as US SVP of marketing
Sean Valukis transitions to parent company position after more than four years with US-facing betting media brand

Better Collective has appointed Action Network VP of marketing Sean Valukis as its US SVP of marketing.
Valukis is set to swap the US-facing sports betting resource for its parent company after almost five years with Action Network.
He originally joined the operation in October 2017 as head of marketing, before becoming senior director for marketing and commercial in December 2020.
He was then appointed VP of marketing in August 2021, a few months after Better Collective’s acquisition of Action Network.
The Danish affiliate giant acquired Action Network in May 2021 in a $240m deal as it continued to implement its US growth expansion roadmap.
When the acquisition was completed, Better Collective confirmed Action Network would continue to operate as a separate business with its current brands, management team and employees led by CEO Patrick Keane.
In his new role, Valukis will have oversight of all marketing operations for Better Collective’s US brands including VegasInsider, RotoGrinders, US-bookies.com, and Scores and Odds.
Speaking on his appointment, Valukis said: “Excited to start a new role with Better Collective as senior vice president [of] marketing for all of our US properties.
“[I’m] looking forward to continuing to build great things with our outstanding team,” he added.
