Borgata launches debut social casino site
GAN-powered site goes live with more than 100 free-to-play online casino games
The Borgata has launched its long-awaited debut social casino site BorgataFreeCasino.com, in partnership with GAN.
The site, which went live last week, offers more than 100 free online casino games, including slots, blackjack, roulette, video poker, bingo and keno.
Players will be able to earn points online through gameplay and by purchasing credits which will then be redeemable for tangible rewards including lower room rates, complimentary accommodations and comp dollars.
The site, first announced back in 2015, will be powered by GAN’s Simulated Gaming platform.
“Borgata is thrilled to offer our customers an innovative simulated gaming service with the introduction of BorgataFreeCasino.com,” said Steve Nathan, Vice President of Online Gaming for Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa.
“The ability to experience some of the exceptional slots and table games featured here on property from your computer, tablet or phone for free, with the future prospect of integrating with Borgata’s loyalty program is another extraordinary incentive for our players.”
From early next month, any points accrued will also have wider use, when the Borgata implements MGM’s Mlife rewards programme.
The giant casino operator purchased the remaining 50% stake in the Borgata for $900m last year.
