Data Sports Group set for entry into US market
B2B sports data provider partners with SCCG Management in advance of launch

Data Sports Group has announced its entry into the US market in concert with marketing partner SCCG Management. The Berlin-based provider of sports data and content solutions will formally roll out its B2B analytics and data platform at the SBC America Sports Betting Summit in New Jersey on December 1-2.
Berlin-based Data Sports Group already boasts a diverse portfolio of clients across the sports and betting spaces, providing the data and content that powers team sites in the German soccer second division (Bundesliga2), international sports betting site Dafabet and ESPN.
In tandem with exclusive marketing partner SCCG Management — a consultancy that specializes in developing worldwide brands in the sports betting and igaming spaces — Data Sports Group is set for its initial foray into the burgeoning US market.
Data Sports Group founder and president Sowbhagya ‘Sow’ Shetty said of the deal. “We are thrilled to join forces with Stephen [Crystal] and SCCG management and to bring DSG’s full portfolio and offering of data and technology solutions to the US sports betting market.”
Data Sports Group will look to corner the market for data and content solutions around second-tier sports, as it specializes in servicing betting stats and data for sports like cricket, rugby, soccer and esports. Also included among its catalogue of over 30 lower-profile sports are the Summer and Winter Olympics.
“Whether you’re running a mobile sportsbook, content or affiliate site, content and data are critical to user engagement, especially outside of the Big 6 sports,” said SCCG COO Stephen Crystal. “DSG has built an offering that is a must for any operator or content producer.”
Founded in 2015, Data Sports Group is female led and provides a variety of services to its clients, including sports data solutions for betting and fantasy, content acquisition for media and publisher websites, as well as localized content and predictive analytics.
