The five-year, eight-figure, partnership has been struck with Monumental Sports & Entertainment, and includes relationships with the Washington Capitals, Wizards and Mystics, reports Forbes.
The highlight of the deal will be a 3,500 sq ft Draft Ops Fantasy Lounge, which will be built at the Verizon Center in Washington where all three teams play.
Draft Opsâ logo will appear on the Mysticsâ jersey, as well as on signage around the stadium and promotion online via Twitter and the teamâs websites.
âThe Capitals, Mystics and Wizards are world-class teams that play in a top-grossing venue in the country and in such an influential city,â Ron Doumani, Draft Ops CEO, said.
âItâs exciting to partner with them since they are a diverse partnership group within the sports landscape,â he added.
Draft Opsâ deal has surprised some industry observers as market leaders FanDuel and DraftKings have done a stellar job at singing up the majority of leagues and teams themselves.
