FanDuel launches mobile casino in Pennsylvania
DFS operator partners with Valley Forge and Boyd Gaming in Keystone State casino debut

Daily fantasy sports (DFS) operator FanDuel has launched mobile casino in Pennsylvania in partnership with local Boyd Gaming-owned operator Valley Forge Casino.
The mobile app, which went live on Friday, is available on iOS and Android devices, but is not currently available on desktop or tablet computers.
FanDuel received approval from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board earlier this month, with regulators conducting a mandatory testing period of the mobile casino for two days last week.
FanDuel currently only provides online casino in one other state, New Jersey, working under parent company Flutter Entertainment’s Betfair brand.
The DFS operator has dominated in Pennsylvania for sports betting since the state began operations, accounting for over half of the local market and generating $4.1m in GGR during December. A whopping $4m of this total was from online wagers.
In December, FanDuel agreed a multi-state sports betting supply deal with retail casino operator The Cordish Company.
Cordish operates the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, as well as other casino resorts in Washington DC and Pennsylvania.
