Fantasy Aces to acquire Fantasy Feud player base

Final value of deal to be determined by number of unique users purchased
Two of the largest second-tier DFS firms have agreed a tie up ahead of the NFL season, with Fantasy Aces purchasing the user database of Fantasy Feud.
The deal will give Fantasy Aces direct access to over 35,000 players in Fantasy Feudâs database, many of whom are unique to the platform and not already playing on Fantasy Aces.
Fantasy Aces will pay C$125.00 per unique participant, with $25,000 payable upfront and the remainder being paid in common shares of Fantasy Aces at a price-per-share based on the 20 day moving average of the shares on the transaction date.
The exact purchase price will be determined once the two parties have agreed upon the number of unique players being acquired.
“This deal should prove to be extremely accretive to shareholders,â said Tom Frisina, CEO of Fantasy Aces.
âThe timing of the deal could not be better as we move in to the biggest quarter of the year, with NFL starting, followed by NBA and NHL, while MLB and PGA continue,â Frisina added.
