Four more sportsbook operators gain NFL approval
BetMGM, PointsBet, Fox Bet, and WynnBET added to league’s list of official commercial partners ahead of new football season

The NFL has ramped up its commercial commitments ahead of the new season by approving US operators BetMGM, PointsBet, Fox Bet, and WynnBET as certified sportsbook partners.
All four operators are now eligible to purchase NFL in-game commercial content as a result of the deal and will join the league’s gambling partner portfolio alongside FanDuel, DraftKings, and Caesars.
In April, those three firms led the way by signing the NFL’s first-ever US sportsbook partnership agreements after the league softened its stance on real-money gambling.
Any sports betting operator partnering with the NFL is able to leverage NFL trademarks and integrate into NFL properties, as well as launching activations around retail and online betting.
The seven operators can now utilize their approved sportsbook operator status to secure premium NFL advertising during games and around related programming.
“We are pleased to announce this select group as approved sportsbook operators,” said Nana-Yaw Asamoah, VP of business development for the NFL.
“Along with our three official sports betting partners, this group of operators will help the league to engage fans in responsible and innovative ways this season as the sports betting landscape continues to evolve,” he added.
Partnering operators have agreed to adhere to the NFL’s core integrity policies and collaborate with the league on information sharing and advocacy efforts, including responsible gambling.
All operators will also license official league data from Genius Sports.
