Game Theory Optimal launches pair of new gaming affiliate sites
Gaming Review, Shield Network striving to provide information, resources to online bettors

Game Theory Optimal LLC (GTO) has rolled out a pair of new gaming affiliate sites, Gaming Review and Shield Network, as the newly-formed online gambling media firm looks to leverage the continued content and acquisition opportunity in the legalized US space.
Co-founded by Michael Gentile and Nicholas Jones, GTO is a product of the duo’s collective expertise in the igaming publishing space. Their gaming experience stretches back to 2011, when they launched pokerfuse.com, an online poker resource and affiliate channel.
“Launching GTO is a natural progression of the work Nick and I have been doing in the global online poker space for more years,” said Gentile.
The goal of the Gaming Review and Shield Network brands is to provide current and prospective bettors with the tools and resources to make informed decisions about their wagering decisions – be it on the sports betting or igaming side.
“With more than 10 years working in the US and global online poker market, it makes sense for us to take this knowledge and experience and apply it to the growing opportunity in the regulated US markets, focusing on the huge opportunity in online casino and sports betting,” said Gentile.
Gaming Review – through its flagship site US Gaming Review – provides news and information about legal online sportsbooks and icasinos in the US, along with operator reviews and signup bonuses.
There are also domains individually tailored to users in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Michigan, with additional state-specific sites in the pipeline.
The Gambling Shield Network has a similar ethos in that it strives to present transparent information and resources to help players gamble safely and responsibly.
The network comprises three sites, Casino Shield, Sports Shield and Poker Shield, all of which feature content geared toward helping users identify legal sites, avoid common pitfalls, learn the ins and of gambling vernacular and identify problem gambling behavior.
