Maxima Compliance launches US-facing product
Compliance intelligence database moves into US market to help ease supplier transition

Maxima Compliance is to bring its technical compliance intelligence database Complitech to the US market with Complitech US.
This product aims to help suppliers identify and efficiently enter regulated states by providing full technical compliance requirements with gap analysis tools.
Suppliers can use these tools to identify which requirements they already meet and which areas need improvement.
This tool makes it possible for suppliers to accurately assess the workload of a new market entry based on the markets it is already live in.
Complitech US has been launched in 10 US states, including New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Michigan. The tool aims to cover all regulated markets within the US. In addition, Maxima offers support to those jurisdictions where the product is not live.
Complitech US is as a stand-alone product alongside Complitech, which already offers the same type of support across 30 plus regulated markets worldwide, with all requirements translated into English.
Antonio Zanghi, Maxima Compliance CEO, said: “We’ve always believed that compliance is an opportunity, not a burden, and the success of our partners in newly-regulated states across the US is evidence of this.”
Mark Roy, head of product compliance US at Maxima Compliance, commented: “This tool enables companies to reduce time and cost to enter markets by providing internal resources with the key information to make decisions on the roadmap based on how quick a market can be entered. Investigating new markets has never been so easy.”
