Paysafe appoints first-ever North America igaming CEO

Paysafe has appointed industry executive Zak Cutler as CEO of the payment solutions provider’s North America igaming branch.

Cutler joins Paysafe from Jackpocket where he most recently served as VP strategy and product.

Cutler also spent time with DraftKings, serving as the Boston-based operator director of product management.

As North America igaming CEO, which is a newly created role, Cutler will be responsible for overseeing Paysafe’s strategy in the vertical as it looks to continue to make headway in the growing US and Canadian igaming markets.

Speaking on his arrival, Cutler said: “As a former Paysafe customer for many years, I’m thrilled to now have the opportunity to join the team in this capacity.

“I’m really looking forward to playing my part now as a member of the team – I believe we are in the early innings of a massive opportunity.”
