Playmaker acquires sports betting media firm The Props Network
The Props Network co-founder Kyle Piasecki will move across and become VP of partnerships at Playmaker

Florida-based Playmaker has acquired TPN Media Group, which includes PropsHQ.com, also known as The Props Network, and all of the company’s related assets.
Playmaker said the acquisition aligns with its growth strategy of rapid expansion of its acquisition channels and enhancing its betting brand through the increased number of partnerships particularly in the US.
Playmaker is a sports-focused media company that helps athletes and leagues to tell their stories through social media, shows, merchandise and partnerships to deliver highly engaged audiences of sports fans to sports betting companies.
The company boasts overs 15 million followers on social media.
The Props Network was founded in 2020 and publishes sportsbook reviews, sports gambling insights and a network of podcasts.
The co-founder of Props Network, Kyle Piasecki, will move across to the Playmaker team and become the VP of partnerships.
Piasecki spent most of his gaming career with Caesars Entertainment, managing VIP departments and customer relationships across land-based and online operations. He also spent time as a consultant for a number of gambling, tech and blockchain companies.
David Woodley, president and CRO at Playmaker, said: “Kyle and his team have developed a unique approach to what today’s media networks should be by providing value to creators, consumers and gambling industry partners alike.
“The acquisition of The Props Network and bringing Kyle on board to our team gives Playmaker additional digital channels and strategic insights in the US gambling market via affiliate, podcasts and more.”
Piasecki added: “I cannot think of a better home for PropsHQ.com and our team. The two organisations complement each other very well and I look forward to working with the Playmaker team to roll out new initiatives that engage fans and support creators.”
This acquisition comes a few weeks after Playmaker announced a partnership with BYB Extreme, a bare-knuckle fighting organisation.
That partnership will see the two companies collaborate on content on social media platform Snapchat.
