
PointsBet appoints new VP of diversity, equity and inclusion
DEI expert Dr Eric Lee joins operator to spearhead strategy to create inclusive workplace


PointsBet has appointed Dr Eric Lee as the US-facing operator’s VP of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).
Lee joins PointsBet from Colorado College where he most recently served as assistant VP of DEI. He has also implemented DEI strategies for IT services company TEKsystems and its 7,500 employees.
At TEKsystems, Lee’s initiatives were aimed at hiring and retaining top-performing people from ethnic minorities throughout the organisation.
Lee boasts more than 20 years of academic, corporate and leadership experience in developing DEI plans, recruitment and retention.
In his new role with PointsBet, Lee will oversee all of the firm’s DEI-related efforts, lead the DEI committee and action strategies to make PointsBet a more diverse and inclusive workplace.
