Premium Risk Mitigation report allows operators to check promotional activities of US affiliates

Affiliate compliance company Rightlander has announced the launch of a new compliance service for US-facing casino operators.
The Premium Risk Mitigation Report scans individual affiliate sites to check whether they are promoting online casino brands which are not licensed in individual US states.
The services identifies affiliates which are not acting responsibly, enabling operators to remove them and identify those which may pose a risk.
Speaking about the new service, Ian Sims, founder of Rightlander, called the US a tremendous opportunity for online casino operators but said operators should ensure that they work with “reputable affiliates”.
“The Rightlander Premium Risk Mitigation Report allows operators to quickly and easily identify affiliates that are promoting unlicensed brands in each state they are active,” Sims said.
The launch comes amid increased scrutiny on US affiliates, particularly in New Jersey, where the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement has been cracking down on illegal affiliate operators during the last six months.
Speaking at the time, David Rebuck, head of the DGE, said: “The division will not license or register any company that is promoting illegal sites, as this activity negatively affects that company’s good character, honesty, and integrity.”
In October, the DGE confirmed it had identified 108 illegal affiliate operators targeting the New Jersey market without a licence.
