Rush Street Interactive looks to RG gains with Neccton partnership
Player protection and monitoring software to be integrated into BetRivers sportsbook and PlaySugarHouse online casino brand

Rush Street Interactive (RSI) has agreed a partnership with Austria-based responsible gambling software provider Neccton.
The partnership will see the rollout of Neccton software across the BetRivers sportsbooks and the PlaySugarHouse sites and will apply to all RSI operations across the US and in Ontario.
It includes ‘mentor’, Neccton’s real-time data analysis player protection software, which identifies potential at-risk play patterns, flagging them for intervention.
The tool recognizes triggers such as a significant increase in deposit frequency, and alerts the operator and directly contacts the player, with the aim of helping the player make better-informed decisions.
Addressing the partnership, emphasized the importance of prioritizing RG and putting it at the core of RSI’s operations.
“It is imperative that we ensure both our valued players and team members have the tools and resources necessary to help ensure a culture of responsible gambling and sustainable play,” Schwartz said.
In March, RSI became the first US online casino and sportsbook operator to be receive the RG Check iGaming Accreditation from the Responsible Gambling Council (RGC) for its BetRivers and PlaySugarHouse sites.
The firm is also a partner in the American Gaming Association’s (AGA) ‘Have A Game Plan’ public service campaign to spread responsible gambling awareness, which aired throughout AGA’s annual Responsible Gambling Education Week (RGEW).
“At RSI we recognize that RG and other forms of player protection help build customer trust and loyalty, and ‘mentor’ enhances our current offerings of proactive measures focused on prevention of at-risk play,” Schwartz explained.
“We believe in the immediacy of directly contacting a player at the first sign of possible at-risk behaviors, with both manual reviews and automatic direct player communication, to keep game play fun and safe,” he added.
