Supplier to offer pricing on niche in-play markets for MLB, NFL and NBA via its proprietary automated technology

Sports betting supplier SimpleBet is preparing to launch its machine learning-powered pricing platform in the US next month, EGR North America understands.
The automated platform prices up in-play and live bets in MLB games and will enable operators to offer unique markets to their bettors.
CPO and former ex-VP of game operations and development at DraftKings, Mark Nerenberg, told EGR: “We’re going to have pricing for MLB specifically predicting the outcome of any at-bat with a couple of different markets.
“Our long-term vision is anything you can imagine betting on in a sports game, we’re going to have pricing for that. That’s where the opportunity to increase the market and attract a new type of user is,” Nerenberg added.
Nerenberg said the supplier would launch NFL and NBA markets in future, and the firm would only use official sports league data.
The New York-headquartered business was established in 2017 and attarcted the likes of former Ladbrokes and Superbet product manager Leo Gaspar and head of the AGA’s betting task force Stephen Master.
In December last year former The Stars Group and Kambi analytics chief Francesco Borgosano also joined the supplier as chief analytics officer.
SimpleBet’s technology has been developed entirely in-house by its team of data scientists in New York and Sofia in Bulgaria.
