
Spotlight Sports Group taps NBC exec to lead US content strategy
Dan Pozner to take over editorial output of Pickswise brand after more than eight years with NBC Sports


Spotlight Sports Group has appointed former NBC exec Dan Pozner as VP of content for its US-facing Pickswise brand.
Pozner joins Pickswise from NBC Sports, where he spent more than eight years across a series of roles, most recently serving as director of gambling content since January 2019.
Pozner lead NBC Sport’s drive towards sports betting by overseeing the launch of free-to-play games, multi-platform content and the integration of odds on linear television.
He also served as manager of sports research and as a senior researcher during his time with the broadcaster.
In his new role, Pozner will be responsible for expanding Pickswise sports betting content across video, audio, data and editorial.
He will also be tasked with developing a roster of external talent, including guest contributors and video hosts, to support Pickswise content.
