The Stars Group establishes new US office as Fox Bet makes New Jersey debut
Operator relocates to Cherry Hill area in New Jersey with capacity for nearly 120 employees as Fox Bet app goes live

The Stars Group has opened a new office in New Jersey to aid the operator’s expansion into the US sports betting market following Fox Bet’s debut in the Garden State.
The Toronto-listed firm recently relocated its New Jersey office from Linwood, which housed approximately 40 staff, to the Cherry Hill area of the state, close to Philadelphia.
The new office has a capacity for nearly 120 employees, a Stars Group spokesperson told EGR North America.
“We have every reason to expect a period of rapid growth over the coming years,” the spokesperson said.
He added: “To prepare for this we’ve invested in more space and an office closer to a large talent pool.
“This will ensure a pipeline of strong and experienced candidates across a broad range of specialisms as we begin actively recruiting for our US operations.
The move to the new office coincides with the launch of Stars Group’s Fox Bet offering in New Jersey, with the product now live on mobile, online and via PokerStars’ desktop client.
As part of its partnership with Fox, the product will offer customers access to Fox Sports content, scores, stats and news, as well as insights from Fox Sports broadcasters and analysts.
“If you’re a sports fan in New Jersey, FOX Bet is a game changer,” said Robin Chhabra, chief executive officer of Fox Bet.
“Fox Bet combines decades of expertise in content-rich programing and regulated online gaming to drive a superior, integrated and interactive live viewing experience for our customers found nowhere else in the United States.”
