iGame goes live on Microgaming network
Operator follows Betsson in making move from the IGT Poker Network.

Former IGT Poker skin iGame Malta has completed a “smooth transition” of its three brands to the Microgaming Poker network.
iGame, 24HPoker and Pokerihuone have all joined the network, which added Betsson to its members last week, ahead of the planned closure of IGT Poker next month.
IGT revealed earlier this year that it would pull back investment from the network which it acquired last year, before later confirming that the network would close down in the second week of December.
Since then a number of operators have announced plans to move on, with iGame and Betsson joining Microgaming and CardBet moving to the Revolution Gaming Network. BetVictor is also set to migrate its full offering to the MPN in the coming weeks, along with Paf, although the latter will retain its offerings on the International Poker Network and Ongame.
iGame will, along with Betsson, be among the first operators to take advantage of the new Microgaming network lobby, designed by the provider’s Network Management Board.
Microgaming head of network games Lydia Melton said: “Having made several significant advances this year to the MPN, such as the launch of True Value and Blaze Poker, we are confident that iGame Malta will find the MPN a very welcome home.”
Tommi Maijala, managing director with iGame Holding Ltd, said: “The transition to the MPN has been seamless and problem-free. We are very happy to be a part of a network with such commitment to continual software development and strong player ecology.”
