Intralot launches mobile platform in Peru
Peruvian customers will have access to lottery and sports betting games on mobile and tablet devices.
Intralot’s Peruvian subsidiary has launched its online gaming platform for mobile devices.
The release allows Intralot de Peru to offer its customers its full array of lottery and sports betting games in the country, including Tinka Megabol, Gana Diario, Te Apuesto and Ganagol.
The platform can be accessed through any web browser on all smartphone and tablet devices, a move Vangelis Apostolakopoulos, executive president and general manager of Intralot de Peru, said keeps the company “a step ahead offering to the Peruvian gaming”.
“Focusing on the constantly evolving habits of players, we are now offering them the opportunity to play their favourite games at the easiness of their mobile devices,” he said.
George Zenzefilis, general director of Intralot Interactive, added: “Mobile gaming is an exciting new model for the gaming industry and we are pleased to launch our tailored innovative solutions in the growing Peruvian market.”
Earlier this month Itralot Italia rolled out a virtual sports offering across its retail and online operations, becoming one of the first companies to launch the newly-regulated vertical.
Meanwhile the operator has also launched a US-facing freeplay casino site for the first time as it moves to expand its online portfolio beyond lottery products. Intralot US will use the site, which features a wide range of poker, video poker, blackjack, bingo and skill games, primarily as a proprietary B2C product, creating an additional revenue stream through the sale of virtual poker chips.
