Betfair launches Macau-themed casino
Operator releases new Macau-themed product in partnership with TGP Games
Betfair has launched a new Macau-themed online casino in partnership with TGP Games just weeks after rival operator William Hill released a similar product.
‘Macau’ features as a separate tab on Betfair’s homepage across both desktop and mobile web, featuring Asian-themed games from Isle of Man-based online casino provider’s TGP Games.
The deal is the supplier’s first with a major operator with plans to also launch additional slot games via Betfair’s Arcade tab including a Christmas-themed title.
“We are very pleased to be working with Betfair and are proud that they agreed to be our first partner,” Garth Kimber, a director at TGP Games, said.
“We’ve worked hard to surprise and delight the players with some unique game math and lively anticipation features,” he added.
Last month Betfair revealed H1 revenues had increased 15% year-on-year to £274.4m which included an 18% rise in online gaming revenues.
News of the launch comes after William Hill recently unveiled its own Macau-themed online casino featuring exclusive slots content from Scientific Games as well as Asian-themed table and live casino games including roulette, blackjack and baccarat.
