Betsson in IGT slots deal
Operator to take on mobile and online content via provider's remote game server

Betsson is set to introduce slots content from International Game Technology (IGT) across a number of its mobile and desktop sites.
The Malta-licensed operator will take on a number of titles via an integration of IGT’s remote game server, including Da Vinci Diamonds and Cleopatra. The slots will initially be rolled out on CasinoEuro.com before being added to Betsson’s other brands over the coming months.
Betsson is the second Malta licensee to agree a deal with IGT in recent weeks, with Mr Green entering an agreement to take delivery of freeplay and real-money slots in April.
The operator previously operated a secondary poker offering on Entraction before the network – acquired from by IGT in 2011 – was shut down last December.
Leigh Nissim, commercial director of IGT Interactive, EMEA, described Betsson as a “tier one customer” and “leaders in their field”. He said IGT was looking forward to helping Betsson “continue to improve their player experience through the provision of the highest quality casino games”.
Betsson’s group head of gaming Sam Brown said the addition of IGT’s games would help the operator “stay ahead of the curve in delivering the best possible experience and range of games to our players”.
Last month Betsson was ranked third in etruvian’s casino customer service quality audit, the first time the survey was carried out.
