Ladbrokes launches Net Ent casino games
Net Entertainment's Touch portfolio of mobile games goes live, with desktop games to follow
UK bookmaker Ladbrokes has bolstered its casino product with the launch of Net Entertainment’s suite of online casino games.
The operator will initially launch with Net Ent’s portfolio of mobile Touch games, adding to recent moves undertaken by Ladbrokes to improve its mobile offering.
Ladbrokes signed up with previous William Hill collaborator Chelsea App Factory last week to speed up the development of its Mobenga mobile platform, and Andrew Bagguley joined the operator as mobile and devices director just two days later.
Ladbrokes originally partnered with Net Ent in July, and the launches will complement Ladbrokes’ existing mobile casino games following August’s launch of mobile blackjack and roulette games developed by Realistic Games.
The launch of Net Ent’s desktop games is to follow in the near future while a phased roll out will see additional games launched on a frequent basis, adding to the suite of games Ladbrokes already receives from software supplier Playtech under the Vegas tab launched in July.
Net Entertainment has signed various deals with UK-facing companies over the course of the past 12 months, with egaming operators including 888, Sky Bet and William Hill all signing deals with the Swedish-listed provider.
“Over the past year we have increased our presence in the UK market to continue our strategy of developing solid and long-term business growth alongside our global gaming partners,” Bjorn Krantz, managing director at Net Entertainment, said.
