Oddschecker unveils new mobile app
Price comparison site to begin new marketing push next week to promote the app

Odds-comparison affiliate Oddschecker has rolled out its new mobile app enabling punters to place bets through seven of the UK’s leading bookmakers.
The app was released yesterday for iOS users through the Apple store with additional plans to launch on Android devices in the near future.
Customers are required to open a free Oddschecker user account to use the app which consists of a homepage featuring in-play markets, ‘Quick Picks’ and customer-optimised sports markets.
Users can compare odds between bet365, Betfair, BetVictor, Ladbrokes, Paddy Power, Sky Bet, and William Hill but will initially be unable to top-up betting accounts via the app.
The latest release by the BSkyB subsidiary will be backed by a new marketing campaign which eGaming Review understands is to launch on Monday and will also focus on its recent rebrand.
“Part of my focus is ensuring that campaign is delivered right and the product is absolutely tip-top for that launch,” Toby Bentall, managing director of Oddschecker, previously told eGR.
Former Sky Bet finance manager Bentall was appointed as Oddschecker’s new managing director last November after incumbent Derren Maggs left his role and recently joined bwin.party as head of sports marketing.
