Tipp24 appoints new CFO
Andreas Keil was previously finance director of German pharmaceutical company H&R.

German egaming operator Tipp24 has made its second significant appointment in recent weeks, naming Andreas Keil as its new chief financial officer.
Keil’s arrival follows that of former Ladbrokes director of ecommerce and mobile Paul Witten as head of business development for the operator’s British-facing subsidiary.
Meanwhile chief executive Dr Hans Cornehl has been re-appointed as executive director of the business, which spun off its Lotto24 subsidiary last June.
Keil’s most recent CFO position was with H&R AG, a German chemical and pharmaceutical company listed on the SDAX Stock Exchange in Frankfurt, and previously spent a number of years with French conglomerate Louis Dreyfus Group, which has involvement in oil, commodities and renewable energy.
His appointment comes as Tipp24 pushes to expand internationally, with the operator investing £10m earlier this month to acquire a 25.7% stake in GeoSweep developer Roboreus.
Cornehl described the deal as “An important step in the internationalisation of Tipp24,” calling location-based lottery game GeoSweep “One of the few truly attractive product innovations in the entire online lottery business over the last ten years.
